Hiking in the Nature

The activity of mountain hiking refers to people who love walking on nature, especially on mountain nature.

The main purpose is the corporeal exceercise, the mental wellbeing and generally, the pleasure and entertainment, through motion, and finally, the enjoyment of of natural beauty.

It combines harmonically mild aerobic exercise with spiritual relaxion and enjoyment of nature with the tour in mountainious countryside through villages and traditional settlements.

Walking into old roads, paved or just simple paths, into forests, into liquid streams or into slopes with breathtaking view, the mountain hiking can easily become an activity that fits everyone.

It is aimed at people of all ages and it does not require special physical state.

Hiking could be occupied into a forest or a canyon, next to or inside a riverbed or next to villages.

The charm that mountain causes and its countless beauties  are as old as nature itself.
